A live search, not a fixed list
Most podcast matching and pitching platforms work from a set database of shows: the same list for every client, only as current as its last update. CastGhost searches Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube and other podcast directories live, every time you look, so it reaches new and niche shows a fixed list never includes.
And it grows a list worth having. As CastGhost guests get booked, the shows that said yes become a record of their own, and a show that has welcomed guests like you will be suggested to you first.
How it works
You drive it; we host it. Each client gets a private dashboard and database of their own, with nothing to install and no API keys to manage.
Set up your profile
Upload your LinkedIn profile or data export, point CastGhost at your website, and answer five short questions. It drafts your tagline, bios and topics, and shows you the line from your own material behind every sentence. Only what you approve is used.
Find live shows
Search by niche. CastGhost queries podcast directories as you search, merges the same show listed on several platforms, and looks up how to reach the host.
Vetted before you pitch
It reads each show's recent episodes, not just its description, to confirm the show has guests and really covers your subject. A show without guests can still get a one-off story pitch instead.
Pitch, send, follow up
Pitches are drafted from your talking points and published work, in your voice or your representative's. Edit and send from your Gmail. Follow-ups are drafted when a show goes quiet, and stop when the host replies.

A directory tells you a show exists. CastGhost checks what the show actually airs, and writes a pitch only you could have sent.

How CastGhost uses your Gmail
Pitches go out from your own address, so hosts reply to you directly. To do that, CastGhost asks Google for one narrow permission: sending email on your behalf.
- Send-only. CastGhost requests the Gmail
gmail.sendpermission. It cannot read, search, or download your inbox. - Only what you approve. An email is sent only when you click send on a pitch you've reviewed.
- Replies without inbox access. If you want replies tracked, one Gmail filter forwards replies to your pitches, and nothing else, to CastGhost. Delete the filter to stop.
- Never used to train AI and never sold or used for advertising.
- Disconnect any time from your dashboard or your Google account settings.
